Branding of Reguarant, A Goldiran Project
Reguarant: Warranty Reinvented
This project was carried out in 2017 by the Zhahoo and Brandoxin team for Goldiran, a subsidiary of LG brand. This brand was designed and born for a smart idea: renewing the warranty of electronic products to reassure consumers about the heavy costs of repairs. Goldiran needed a unique and exciting name to launch this idea in the business space. The Brandoxin team proposed several names based on the brief and SLA of the employer during an eight-week process. The word Reguarant, meaning renewed warranty, was chosen by a large margin. This word was created by combining the prefix “RE”, meaning again or anew, in English like “RESTART” with the word Guarantee. Later, a member of the business association in Britain praised this word as an avant-garde name in this industry. Avant-garde names are pioneers and leaders in their field and will lead the next products and services. Such as: Nescafe, Kleenex, etc.
